Making an Application
To find out whether you might need Planning Permission or Building Regulation Approval you enquire by completing the downloadable Householder Enquiry Form. Complete this and return it in the Post to Development Control, 17 Claypath, DURHAM, DH1 1RH, or email it as an attachment to devcontrol@durhamcity.gov.uk. This will be assessed and you will be notified as to whether you need to make a formal application.
