Housing repairs - council property
If you need a repair to your council home, you can either:
Report it by phone, Monday to Thursday 8.30 am - 5.00 p.m. and Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 p.m. on free phone 0800 068 0013
Report it in person at: DurhamCityInfo - Customer Service,

You can do it online - Report a Repair
All Council staff and all contractors carry an identification card issued by Durham City Council. External Agencies carry a letter of authorisation issued by the Council. ALWAYS ask to see some form of identification before you let anyone into your home.
