Town or parish council public meetings and exhibitions

Following the launch of a community governance review last month for the unparished areas of Durham City District there are now some public meetings and exhibitions planned for the start of a consultation exercise.
The meetings are as follows:

Town Hall Tuesday 16th September 6.00- 7.30pm
Abbey Sports Centre Friday 26th September 6.00-7.30pm
Pelaw View Community Centre Monday 29th September 6.00-7.30pm
St Johns Hall Nevilles Cross Tuesday 7th October 6.00-7.30pm
County Hall, Council Chamber Thursday 23rd October 6.00 - 7/30pm
Exhibitions
County Hall Foyer, Monday 22nd September 7.30am -9.00pm
Newton Hall Library, Monday 29th September 9.30am - 7.00pm
Abbey Sports Centre, Monday 6th October 9.00am - 10.00pm
Clayport Library, Reference Room Thursday 16th October 9.30am - 7,00pm
A short newsletter will also be circulating to residents within the unparsihed areas very soon.
