Industrial Action Wednesday 16 and Thursday 17 July

The three Cityinfo Centres in Durham district will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday this week due to the industrial action. The Info Centres at Claypath in the City Centre, Annand House in Meadowfield and The Linden Centre, Coxhoe will re-open on Friday 18 July.
The City's five Leisure Centres will be open as normal.
Council tenants experiencing an emergency should contact the Out of Hours Emergency line on 0191 3866 111. City Care staff and the warden service looking after the elderly and infirm are exempt from the industrial action.
Residents who would normally have their bins emptied on Wednesday 16 or Thursday 17 July may find this service disrupted. If your bin isn't emptied please take it back in to your property until next week.
The recycling service should be unaffected.
