Spring is in the Air

Spring is in the air and there's nothing nicer than a walk to appreciate the flora and fauna bursting into life at the moment.
Crowtrees Heritage Group is hosting a Spring guided walk this Friday 9 May at Crowtrees Local Nature Reserve. The walk, led by ecologist, Ian Armstrong, will leave from Quarrington Hill Community Centre at 10am and will look at local wildlife, both flora and fauna, and some of the industrial heritage of the area. It's an easygoing walk for all ages which will last about two hours.
Anyone interested should meet outside the Community Centre at 10am.
