Planning Services move

Planning Services including Development Control and Building Control have moved from Byland Lodge and are now based in 17 Claypath.
You can still arrange to see files, development plans in exactly the same way as before and remember to make an appointment if you wish to enquire or meet with a member of staff from development control. You can contact the section on 0191 301 8739, 301 8712 and 301 8794.
Remember you can also access and track planning applications online on the Public Access part of our website www.durhamcity.gov.uk and if you use the "quick links" menu at the top right hand side you will see Planning is second in the list.
Building Control contact details have remained the same following the move.
