Exercise Classes

With five different sites across the City we can offer you a great selection of classes every day!

There are classes for all different ages, abilities and interests with our fully trained fitness coaches on hand with advice and information.

Open to everyone! Many of our classes are inclusive and free to fitness members but we welcome non-members and members alike. Click on the name of your nearest leisure centre for the full class timetable.

Our centres cover a wide range of exercise classes including Circuit, Bums and Tums, Yoga and Pilates but there's also something a bit different!

Body Training Systems (BTS)

We now run four different BTS classes combining a range of disciplines.

  • Body Attack is an energetic aerobics-based class.
  • Body Balance Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates will connect your mind, body and soul.
  • Body Combat is a complete body workout combining martial arts moves from self defence disciplines.
  • Body Jam a fun class which delivers a total body workout through the latest dance moves and music.
  • Body Pump is the worlds best free weights class.

Team Combat

A blend of martial arts to music mixed with fun games for ages 6 - 16 years.

Aerojam

The newest dance moves to the latest music for ages 8 - 16 years.
