Use of your data

To enable us to help you more effectivley in the future, the information you provide to the Council wll be hend in accordance with the Data Protection Act. It will be available to other Council Service, the County Council and other parties with which the Council is contractually bound to share your Data, but only in order to ensure compliance with relevant legislation or for identification purposes or to prevent or detect fraud or a crime.

Responding to your communication

When you have completed the online form, and submitted it, you will be given an automated response immediately; this will include a Contact Reference Number. Please keep a note of this number, or print out the receipt, in case you need to contact us again.

We aim to respond to electronic communications within 5 working days. Where this is not possible, due to the demand for the service you require or the complexity of your query, you should be given regular progress updates.
